Winter Parking 2011
Winter Parking Restrictions - Township Wide
Please be advised the parking of a vehicle on the roadway interfering with winter maintenance activities is an infraction of Section 170. (1) of the Highway Traffic Act, "no person shall park, stand, or stop a vehicle on a roadway" and (12) "despite the other provisions of this section, no person shall park or stand a vehicle on a highway in such a manner as to interfere with the movement of traffic of the clearing of snow from the highway", R.S.O. 1990, c.H.8., s.170 (12) and prevents the Township Road Department from performing the plowing and de-icing operations in an efficient and safe manner, in the following areas of the Township, between the hours of 12 midnight and 8:00 a.m., commencing November 15th, 2011 and ending April 15th, 2012.

Avis est donné qu'il est interdit de stationner tout véhicule sur les voies publiques ou une partie de celles-ci ce qui pourrait nuire au déneigement causant une infraction à la section 170. (1) nul ne doit stationner, debout ou arrêter un véhicule sur une chaussée, et (12) "malgré les autres dispositions du présent article, nul ne doit stationner ou d'immobiliser un véhicule sur une route de telle manière à gêner le mouvement du trafic ou le déneigement de l'autoroute". LRO 1990, C.H.8, art 170 (12), entre minuit (12:00) et 8 heures du matin pour la période du 15 novembre 2011 au 15 avril 2012,aux endroits suivants:

Dalkeith, Dunvegan, and Greenfield
