Municipal Investment Properties

From time to time, the township tenders offers on municipally owned land or buildings. These buildings and land come in various shapes and sizes, some may have been in the municipality's hands for decades, while others come into the townships' ownership through tax arrears.

Industrial Properties

The Township of North Glengarry owns over 120 acres of prime serviced land on the western edge of Alexandria. The large parcel is currently zoned a mixture of industrial and residential use and can be customized to suit any business opportunity.

Plans are underway to prepare the lots for development with a number of flexible sized parcels from smaller incubation style businesses to large tracts for large industrial or commercial employers.

Some preliminary maps of the development site are downloadable below in pdf format. The township has a state of the art GIS system that can plot and print custom maps for potential investors on a moment's notice.
