10th Annual Alexandria Fishing Derby

Each year a local resident hosts a massive catch and release ice fishing derby on Mill Pond in Alexandria. Hundreds of anglers try their luck at landing the biggest northern pike from beneath the ice. The event grows each year as word gets out that the odds are great for a piece of the over $40,000 in cash and prizes.  

Saturday, February 25th 2012  -  12 (noon) to 3 pm

Admission: $65 (HST included)

Minnows and fishing permits sold on site.

All holes pre-drilled.
