Council Meeting Information and Calendar:
Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Mondays of each month, with the exception of the month of February, June, July, August and December. Special meetings are held as required. Agenda package is prepared and ready for delivery and posted on the municipal website the Friday prior to the meeting.

The public is welcome to attend all regular public Council meetings. Those wishing to be a delegation must make their request to the Clerk's office and provide material to be included in the agenda package no later than 4:00 p.m., the Wednesday prior to the Council meeting.

Regular public meetings of Council commence at 7:00 p.m., unless otherwise advertised. Meetings are held at the Centre Sandfield Centre, 102 Derby Street West, Alexandria, Ontario K0C 1A0.
