The Planning Advisory Committee meetings are held the second and fourth Mondays of each month with the exception of the months of February, June, July, August and December.  The Agenda information package is prepared and ready for delivery and posted on the municipal website prior to the meeting.  The Public is welcome to attend all meetings.

All meetings commence at 6:00 p.m., unless otherwise advertised.  Meetings are held at the Sandfield Centre, 102 Derby Street West, Alexandria, Ontario
