A vehicle is seen in flames on Highway 417, shortly after an off duty firefighter helped the two occupants escape. ALEXANDRIA, January 30, 2019 – Off-duty volunteer firefighter Tristan Shannon was on his way home from Ottawa on Friday, January 25, when he spotted a plume of smoke in the distance.
