Alexandria's Main Street
The United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry conducted a study for the improvement of County Road 34 (Main Street) from County Road 10 (Lochiel Street East) northerly to Elgin Street in Alexandria. The Study devaluate alternatives for roadway improvements, cross-sections, intersections and active transportation and recommended a preferred plan to address the needs of the Study Area. Mill Square was included in this project given its connectivity to Main Street.
