North Glengarry recycling bins

North Glengarry recycles and is proud of it! Not just to save the planet and our landfills, but since the Township of North Glengarry operates a large facility that receives, sorts and processes recyclables from North Glengarry residents and numerous neighbouring municipalities. The plant, known as RARE, has been in operation since the early 1990s and since it does the sorting, you don't have to. Simply make sure what you put in your blue box is recyclable and let the RARE equipment and staff do the sorting! (it sure saves time in that morning routine getting the bins and garbage to the corner).
