On this page you will find information on the Committee of Adjustment, its meeting schedule and the agendas and minutes. The Committee of Adjustment is made up of the Township of North Glengarry Council members.
The Committee of Adjustment hears applications for minor changes to one or more provisions of the Township Zoning By-law 39-2000.
The Committee of Adjustment may make a decision to accept the variance, deny the variance or defer any decision to a later date as part of the meeting.
Schedule
The Committee of Adjustment meets depending on the applications that come into the office.
The meetings are held every other Monday and they start at 6:30 pm at the Sandfield Centre 102 Derby St, Alexandria, ON.
