Tenders

The various Departments of the Township of North Glengarry seeks professional services from time to time. These services may include engineering, consulting and construction.  When required, staff will prepare a tender, request for proposal or other method of procurement and may publish it on Biddingo.

On occasion, the Public Works Department will auction off surplus equipment and vehicles.  These items will be posted at Govdeals.  You can review and bid on various items that are up for auction on that site.  Items are typically sold in "as is" condition.

PUBLIC WORKS

1. The Public Works Department is accepting submissions for the Tender for Sanitary Sewer Relining Program. Please also see the Reference Materials for this Tender, Reference 1 and Reference 2. Please also see the Addendum 1 and Addendum 2 for this Tender. The tender closes on June 13th, 2025 at 11AM.
   
   
2. The Public Works Department is accepting submissions for the Tender for Rolland Massie Crossing Approach. Please also see the Reference Materials for this Tender available here. Please send submissions to pwprocurement@northglengarry.ca. The tender closes on June 17, 2025 at 10:00pm.
   
   
3. The Public Works Department is accepting submissions for the Tender for Equipment Preselection for the Alexandria Sewage Works Expansion. Please reference PW-2025-03 when submitting your proposal. Submissions must be received by 2:00pm on June 19, 2025.

1. The Administration Department is accepting submissions for The Abandonment of the  MacGillivray-MacLeod Drian, McRae Branch. Please send submissions to drainage@northglengarry.ca and reference RFP DR-2025-01. Submissions must be received by 1:00pm on June 18,2025
