The various Departments of the Township of North Glengarry seeks professional services from time to time. These services may include engineering, consulting and construction.  When required, staff will prepare a tender, request for proposal or other method of procurement and may publish it on Biddingo.

On occasion, the Public Works Department will auction off surplus equipment and vehicles.  These items will be posted at Govdeals.  You can review and bid on various items that are up for auction on that site.  Items are typically sold in "as is" condition.

RFT No. PWTEN-09 2025 – Supply of One (1) 3/4 Ton Pickup Truck Suitable for Mounting a Generic V-Plow and 8-Foot Box Salter

The Municipality is seeking a qualified and experienced supplier to deliver a new 3/4 ton pickup truck, suitable for mounting a commercial V-plow and a generic salter (hopper or tailgate style) for an 8-foot box, by January 31, 2026. The truck must include all mounts, plow prep package, electrical capacity, and physical clearances to fit standard aftermarket plows and salters.

RFQ No. PW-2025-02 – Supply and Installation of One (1) Commercial V-Plow Snow Removal System

The Municipality is seeking a qualified and experienced supplier capable of providing a complete commercial-grade V-plow snow removal system, including professional installation, testing, and certification for deployment on a 3/4 ton heavy-duty pickup truck for municipal winter road maintenance operations. The V-plow must be compatible with generic (non-proprietary) salter systems and standard truck mounting configurations.

RFQ No. PW-2025-RRFB-001 -- Supply of Two (2) Complete RRFB System Sets for Type C Pedestrian Crossovers
The Municipality is seeking a qualified and experienced supplier capable of providing two complete solar-powered RRFB systems including beacons, push-button stations, mounting hardware, signage packages, and all associated components for Type C mid-block pedestrian crossover installations. Equipment supply only – installation, concrete work, and pavement markings will be completed by Township Public Works staff.

PREQUALIFICATION OF GENERAL CONTRACTORS FOR ALEXANDRIA LAGOONS UPGRADES
The Township of North Glengarry is implementing a prequalification process for general contractors who wish to submit a tender bid for the construction of the Alexandria Lagoon upgrades. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will focus on the submission requirements for all general contractors who wish to be considered. Only companies that prequalify through this process will be invited to submit a tender bid for the project.
