Zoning Amendments

The Township of North Glengarry will make public all proposed zoning amendments. These are reviewed by the Chief Building Official, the Committee of Adjustment and Planning Committee, as well as being available for public comment. 

Any person may attend the public meeting and or make written or verbal representation either in support of or in opposition to the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment. If a person or public body that files an appeal of a decision of the Council of the Township of North Glengarry in respect of the proposed zoning by-law, does not make oral submission at a public meeting or make written submissions to the Municipality of the Township of North Glengarry before the proposed zoning by-law is adopted, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal may dismiss all or part of the appeal.

Proposed by-law to stop up and close and  sell an unused portion of road allowance between Concession 14 Indian Lands and Kenyon Concession 15 Indian Lands. The proposed sale will come before Council for consideration at the Regular Council Meeting to be held on June 23rd, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. At that time, Council will review any written comments.
