Stay active, healthy, and energized with our Senior Aquafit program! This low-impact, water-based fitness class is specifically designed for older adults looking to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular health in a safe and supportive environment.

Exercising in water reduces stress on joints while providing natural resistance, making it ideal for participants of all fitness levels, including those with arthritis or mobility concerns. Each class includes a gentle warm-up, guided exercises to build endurance and muscle tone, and a relaxing cool-down.
