TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of North Glengarry passed By-Law Number Z17-2023, on the 29th day of January, under Section 34 of the Planning Act. 

TAKE NOTICE that and application has been made by KATHLEEN DICAIRE for a minor variance from the provisions of the by-law NO. 39-2000 of the Township of North Glengarry as amended (being a by-law respecting the use of lands and the use and location of buildings). 

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of North Glengarry will hold a public meeting of planning on the 29th day of January, 2024 at 5:45 p.m. in the Municipal Council Chamber, located at 3720 County Road 34, Alexandria, to consider a proposed amendment to the Township's Comprehensive Zoning By-law under Section 34 of the Planning Act as amended. 

Alexandria, December 13, 2023 – The Township of North Glengarry would like to acknowledge Government of Canada support, through the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario), for the expansion of the Alexandria Skate Park. The Township was awarded a non-repayable contribution of $275,000 towards the $375,000- project.
